The color is ideal if you want to be noticed in the room. I loved the layers and no need for spanx was an added bonus. It was very light and would be ideal in summer. My only complaint is that my 36D's were a little stuffed in but the layers hid that flaw. If I rent this dress again I would size up to a 10L it was risky at an 8L but over all I really loved it!
