The material of the dress is perfect for winter and it looks good with or without tights. I wore it to a wedding and it was easy to dance in. Since it's so basic, I paired it with a big statement necklace. I was a bit nervous the chest would be tight, but based on other reviews' stature, I went with my regular size 2 and it fit like a glove.
