Wore this dress to a summer black tie wedding. It was light enough for a 100+ degree day. The size smaller wasn't available, so I went with the 10. I needed to belt it, because it was too big in the waist. I am 5'7 and wore the regular length with heels, and it may have been a little too short. I would reccomend sizing down in this dress.
