I wore this dress to a retirement celebration. My co-worker rented a dress also. We were both ecstatic with our choices and we both received many compliments. Others have already pointed out that the blue lining hangs out a little below. I solved this by simply pulling it up a bit around the waist and doubling it over. The fabric is so thin it wasn't noticeable. Aside from that the dress was perfect. Very comfortable which was important as we were the event planners and needed be able to move comfortably. I opted to go without a necklace since I wanted a more conservative look. I wore a silver cuff bracelet and simple hoop earrings. I'm normally a 2 but have put on some weight through the hips so the 4 was more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this dress and would be happy to wear it again for the right occasion.
