The dress fit very true to size; key thing to remember is that the back is a little longer than the front. I ordered the regular and the long - the regular showed the tops of my feet, so I ended up wearing the long dress with 3 1/2 in wedges. I wanted to wear heels, but found that I was stepping on the back of the dress and didn't want to rip a hole. PRO: The dress is beautiful and elegant. The lace has hints of gold and teal giving it just enough detail that it can be worn without a necklace if desired. The back lining comes just high enough that a strapless bra can be worn, or it fits snug enough that you can go with out. CON: The zipper on this dress poses quite a problem. There is a belt line with a much thicker fabric than the rest of the dress; once the zipper hits this point it turns the fabric outward making it impossible to zip. You literally have to have 2 people to do this - have one hold the zipper together above the belt, while you pull down on the bottom of the zipper making it line up straight and zipping up. Its not easy, but it works.
