I wore this for a Labor Day wedding that was held outside under a tent. The floor was a tennis court but any time I went outside I was nervous about the dragging! That being said, the dress fit great in the bust and waist and the color is so fun! I too didn't wear the belt but chose a chunky sparkly necklace!
