I wore this for my anniversary as well as dinner with the girls the next night. It was perfect for both occasions, LOVE the color. I am 5 months pregnant and this was very flattering for my fuller figure. In fact, I barely looked pregnant. I usually wear a size 2 or sometimes a 4 and wore a 4 in this so I would say it runs large because if I wasn't preggers size 4 would have been too big.
