I normally wear an 8 or 6 and the 6 was a perfect fit. Take the comments on length seriously. I am 5'7 and with platform, high heeled shoes, this dress still hit the ground. I did a lot of lifting of the dress. Though it is close fitting, because it has a little scrunching, it was very flattering even after eating dinner. If I had a chance to buy it, I would.
