In 3-inch heels the 4R was the perfect length and did not drag on the ground. I'm glad I got two sizes because I ended up wearing the larger size - the 2R was too tight across my ribs/chest. I was comfortable all night from dinner and all throughout the ball I was attending. The cut/draping of the dress across the chest is very flattering.
