I got a 6R and 8R because I am 5'6 and wanted to wear short heels, and I saw in the comments that this dress ran long so I ordered regular. The dress was actually almost too short. I was wearing 2" heels, and if the heels had been any higher it would have been too short. The 6 fit, but I wore the 8 to get a little bit more length. I needed about an inch more to touch the floor, so if you are taller than me, make sure you get the long! I loved how the knot/ruching hid my stomach so I did not have to worry about it being tight and uncomfortable after eating. It was flattering and comfortable and this is a great pick!
