The jersey knit gave the dress some stretch and the ruching made the midsection more flattering. I absolutely loved the long sleeves with embellished cuffs. The high neckline adds to the sophistication, while the cut out in the back and leg slit offer some sexy elements. It's the perfect dress for any formal occasion. It is a dark navy, but looks black in the online photos. I tend to wear a size 10, so I felt the dress ran a little big.
