I wore this dress for a casual event, and wore it with black heels. I wasn't crazy about it because it felt a little big - I usually wear a 0 but had to wear a 2. For a petite frame I would not suggest it because there's extra fabric around the stomach/legs area. It is a cute dress, and if you don't like tight dresses, then this is for you! The legs was a little bit tight, but it didn't bother me at all, I was able to dance all night.
