I usually wear a 16 but the dress runs small and does not have much stretch especially in the arms where I needed it but the 18W worked well. I'm only 5'1 tall so I was worried about the length but the sleeves fit fine (they have zippers near the cuffs which is odd) and I just rocked it as "tea length." I LOVED the dress, felt great in it and danced the whole night but it only got 4 stars because its a heavy dress so it got warm, the sleeves are full and beaded so I couldn't fully raise my arms and one of the underwires was poking through the lining so I fixed the issue with a slim-fit maxi pad.
