This dress is lovely! I ordered a 4R and 6R. The 4R fit me wonderfully except the zipper did NOT lay properly. It made a huge bubble. I think maybe it has been replaced because it was really noticeable. So, I ended up wearing the 6R and it was fine just didn't fit as nicely. It just sort of hung there. I wore about 3" heels and it was perfect. I do think this dress runs a little big.
