I wore a 2L due to the 0L not being available after bad weather delayed the shipping. The 2 fit fine, but the 0 probably would have fit better - the two was a little loose. I wore 3.5 inch heels and it was about an inch too long, but nothing that got in the way too much. Customer service was GREAT. We had 12 inches of snow and UPS delayed the shipment, however we were able to track the fact that the dress was not going to be here in time. We immediately contacted a go-to girl, who was not hesitant to overnight us not only the 2L of the original dress, but also two sizes of a similar back up dress.
