I didn't actually wear this dress to my party. I chose my backup dress instead. I love the back of this dress, but the front was really awkward on me. The top portion was really blocky and made me look like a square. Also, there was a weird gap that occurred in the back of the arms. But the cut-out back made up for the awkwardness of the front! The cut-out is gorgeous and fun. It was nice to have the front have more coverage and then have a bit of skin showing in the back. The fabric was quite thick so you might be able to get away with not wearing a bra, but as someone with a bigger bust I found that the front was not tight enough to give me enough support. This dress would probably be perfect for a nice date night out.
