I rented this dress when the one I wanted was not available. It was gorgeous and a big hit at the party I went to. As the review suggested, it does run small, and although I could have worn the 4L, the 6L lay smoother and I was glad to have the larger size. FYI, I usually rent a 2 and a 4. The dress is really easy to wear because the corset underneath keeps everything in place and the skirt is very flattering and hides any flaws on the lower half. The unfortunate thing about the size 6 is that there were a lot of pulls in the skirt and places where it had clearly been mended if you look closely, The 4 did not have this issue. It still photographed beautifully (picture to come) and I was glad I wore it I am 5'5" and wore the dress with 4.5 inch heals and it still dragged on the ground--so the long is quite long.
