I usually wear a 6 or an 8, but I had actually tried this dress on in a department store, so I knew to get the size 10. I wore the dress to a Mardi Gras ball, so I knew I wouldn't be wearing heels. I'm 5'8'', so the length was just right for wearing flats. This dress was gorgeous in person...definitely not navy like the stock photo suggests. More of a cobalt/purplish color. It photographs beautifully, as seen in everyone's photos. I can't begin to tell you how many compliments I got at the ball and for the week afterwards. I'll be renting it again for a ball this weekend. I wish I owned it!
