The only dress I've ever found that can be described as proper and flirty. The sleeves and modest neckline balanced the short swingy skirt perfectly! Other reviews said to order a size down as the dress runs large. The small fit well, but was tight enough that I felt like it was too much with the short hem. The medium was a little loose in the waist but overall comfortable.
