Just an overall FUN dress. I'm 5'9", 160, a large should have fit, but I wore the XL. Difficult to get on, but just threw it over my head. THEN I found the side zipper later. ha ha! No Spanx for me, but if you have a little gut, you might want some support. Shape of dress falls nicely. No slipping off the shoulder at all. Really comfortable.
