I would definitely order a size up, I am usually a size 6 but after reading the reviews of it being tight near your true waist I ordered an 8R and it fit almost perfectly! I don't have the biggest chest but nothing a good ole push-up bra can't fix! I would recommend wearing heels if you are on the shorter side, I am 5'4" and I wore sandals and it was perfect for me.
