The fit was true to the size I expected to wear. I am 5'5", 120lbs, 32B, and the 0R fit just fine with a strapless bra under it. The zipper was a bit of a challenge (to be expected with sequins), so you will likely need someone to zip it for you. The dress is a little heavy (again, to be expected with sequins). I wore 5 inch platform heels, and the dress hit the ground at the right spot. Overall - wonderful!
