The dress fit well but I was surprised to wear the 0 because I thought it would be too small...so the dress does run a little big. I am 5' 4" and the site said a R lenth would be good but it wasn't unless you are wearing like 2"-3" heels, which I wanted to wear taller ones. I was small busted at the time and the dress was still loose around the top and I did have to adjust myself quite a few times. Over all though I loved the dress and I got tons of compliments.
