I ordered the 12R and Had the 14L as a backup. I was worried at first because I couldn't zip the 12, but it was just the change in fabric at the ribbon that caused the snag. The top of the 14 was way too big for me, so I'm glad the 12 fit! The regular length came a couple inches above the floor, but I was wearing 2-3 inch heels. Overall great experience!
