I ordered the 10R and 10L because the other reviews said the long was way too long. I tried on the 10R and the hem was just above my ankle, tried on the 10L with my 4 inch heels and it just skimmed my toes. This dress is very forgiving in the waist and hips, so I didn't feel I needed to wear any shape wear underneath. What I liked most about it was that you didn't need a special bra, I wore and regular everyday bra that had good cleavage. Great dress, would wear again to any black tie event! Next time I will try the gold but will need a good tan to pull it off!
