This is a beautiful dress. I am 5'6 and the 12R worked, but was a tad on the short side. Ended up wearing flats, which was fine. I'm a B cup, so not particularly busty, but I had to secure the plunge in the front with a safety pin so I didn't expose my bra. Also, not sure if this one didn't get cleaned, but I did spend some time getting many very long hairs out of the sequins before I could put it on. All that being said, it was a gorgeous, comfortable dress that received many nice compliments throughout the evening. I would highly recommend it and I would recommend Rent the Runway to anyone!
