I'm 5'5" and wore 4.5" heels and the 0L dress just grazed the ground, so it was absolutely perfect. Decided to go braless (granted, I'm not terribly well endowed) but there were never any close calls with the dress gaping. It was a wee-bit tight once I had gorged myself on the seafood buffet, but that was to be expected.
