I ordered this dress in both a 12R and a 12L. I am 5'3" and I was planning on wearing 5 inch heels so I chose both options, not knowing which one would be the better fit lengthwise. I am usually a 10 in clothes but in dresses I wear a 12 because of my chest and this dress fit true to size. I went with the 12R because I did not want the dress to drag on the floor and wanted my shoes to show. This dress was beautifully unique and the sequins, although it covered the entire dress, was glamorously subtle. No one at the Marine Corps Ball wore anything close to this dress and many asked where I had purchased my dress. I told them I went with Rent the Runway and recommended others to use this site for future Marine Corps Balls!
