I wore the long gown of this dress a few weeks ago and absolutely loved it! I am very full busted and it fit perfectly. I went without a bra, but you could definitely wear one. I received so many compliments on this dress and was so comfortable in it all night! I do wish I had worn some double-sided fashion tape up top, but other than that it was fine. Great dress that can be dressed up or down. I would definitely order your usual dress size and a size down. I could have worn the 12, but the front closure was broken and made it too revealing.
