Medium was a perfect fit, lots of stretch. Arms were tight in the small. Was warm enough for the pacific north west in February. Really comfortable and I felt really great wearing it, lots of fun and lots of compliments! I wore it to a formal/semi-formal event at a casino, but would have felt fine wearing it to a party or fancy dinner. Loved it!
