I read through the reviews ahead of time and read that it was pretty roomy. So out of paranoia I got the 14 and the 16. Normally I wear around a 14 (sometimes a 12), depending on the fit, but the 14 that I got was actually too big! Like WAY too big. The 16, for some bizarre reason, was much smaller (still loose) but smaller. Perhaps the 14 has just been stretched out a bit from more wear? No idea, but either way the dress was perfect. It is pretty revealing in the bust area (which I generally have no problem with), but pinned it anyway to keep it from just looking to flappy. Otherwise, it's incredibly forgiving. Skims curves and despite being sequins actually had a lot of give. The dress is also more rose gold than it looks in the picture. I'd get it again in a heartbeat.
