I am 5'4" and 129 lbs, athletic build, and usually fit into a size 4 but sometimes can fit into a 2. I requested both the 4R and 2R. The 4 was slightly loose but the 2 was a bit too tight so I wore the 4 and it worked out. I had to pull it up maybe twice when dancing but that was it. The length was perfect when wearing 3.5-inch heels. I received many compliments on the color which was perfect for a Spring formal affair. It arrived perfectly on time and shipping back was a breeze.
