The dress is true to size but the bust area is not. I wear a 36D and I couldn't get the 10R to zip up around the bust. Everywhere else fit perfect. Therefore, the 12R was a little bigger everywhere except the bust. Also I am about 5'7" and wore about 2.5" heels and the 12R was perfect length the 10 would've been a little too short.
