I'm 5'4" and 115 and typically wear a 0 or 2 in dresses. I ordered the 2 regular (wanted 2P given other reviews on length, but it was out of stock). As expected the dress was a bit long even with 3+ inch heels, but it was also pretty big. I ended up wearing the alternate size OR. I am smaller on top and larger on the bottom, so given the style of the dress, perhaps I should have anticipated this.
