Rent the dress that's going to fit your bust, not your overall body. I have a smaller upper half, so I wore the 4L (where I usually have to wear an 8), and I didn't have to keep pulling the dress up all night. It just hit the floor in flats for me at 6'0, which was perfect. I added a belt for some contrast. Everyone loved it!
