I ordered the 14R and 16R, the 14R didn't want to zip, and the 16R did after I played with the zipper awhile (I think it was still rather new to RtR) Once we did that we were able to get the zipper on the 16 up with no problem. With a comfortable height heel it was the perfect length and I got so many compliments on it. It definitely needs a statement necklace to really bring the vision together, since it's a high neck.
