I'm 5'6" and this dress was at my knees, so I ended up not wearing it. On me, the front was longer than the sides, but it fit my friend (also 5'6") perfectly. I think my torso was too short for the dress, making it appear boxy and long on me, however it looked great on her. The size 4 was significantly shorter, but it was too tight on the bust, and the nearly impossible zipper wasn't helping matters. Up close, the sequins are really small and circular, but the dress really looks like liquid gold, especially under lights.
