I wore this dress to a black tie optional wedding and it was perfect! I wore the 6L with 2.5 inch heels and the dress hit right at the ground. The dress accentuates your waist without pinching or pulling anywhere. I didn't feel the need to wear a bra, just some pasties. The wedding was also in New Orleans in July, so it was really hot and humid, but the movement of the dress and the fabric made it feel light and airy and it didn't show sweat. The blue was really vibrant in the daylight but more subdued in indoor lighting. I didn't want to return it! (The red dress in the picture is also from Rent the Runway and it was a big hit too)
