Runs true to size. All of my work clothes (business casual) are a size 2. I wore approximately 2 inch heels with the dress and it fit well with the long length. If I wore larger heels the dress (even the long) would have been too short. If I would have worn flats, the dress would have been too long. It was a little difficult going up and down stairs but was easy to dance in.
