I usually wear an 8-10 in dresses, but am a little smaller on top, so I went with the 8 (they didn't have a 10 in stock). It fit perfectly around by rib cage (some of the reviews remarked that it was small or tight, but mine was right on!). One size up would have been too big. I felt GREAT in the dress, and got compliments all night! It was comfortable, and looked great with my hair down. Definitely recommend!
