From the arrival of the package to wearing it for the event, i was obsessed. I am 5'7" and 3/4. There weren't any 8L's available for the time frame, but i loved the color and style of the dress too much to part with it. I had heels available to wear but also gladiator sandals that were flats. The 8R was perfect length for flats. For a black tie wedding, I did feel odd wearing "gladiator" sandals. However, the length of the dress was perfect - no one could see my feet. With heels, it was off the ground by about an inch. I received so many compliments on the dress! My favorite part probably about the dress, was how it would flow when you would twirl! Gorgeous dress - highly recommend!
