The top of the dress was definitely snug so it fit me but I can see how it might be tight on other women. I also ordered a 0R since sometimes I can fit into a 0 in dresses and the waist was way too tight. If you're going to get two dresses, definitely go a size bigger than you think you might need instead of smaller.
