The dress is tighter wear the belt of fabric is. I tried it on without a bra and I felt it was a tiny bit loose in the busy area. I put a strapless bra on and it was perfect. The zipper gets a little stuck at the best of fabric as well. I love high heels so the length was perfect with my heels. If you plan to wear flats on the other hand I recommend getting a short dress. I'm only 5'4 so it was a little long if I didn't wear the heels that I like. With a good pair of heels you should be fine! The color is bright blue and is an amazing color! I recommend getting your size and a size down! Perfect dress!
