The dress does not have any stretch, but thats what makes it perfect! It slims you at the waist, and then allows the rest to kind of just flow. If you are busty or do not have a smaller waist, it may not be the dress for you, as I do not have a large bust, and I felt like if I did, it may not have fit properly. Also, I ordered the long, and wore flats, and it hit the ground at the right length!
