The dress is elegant while still being a little sexy. It is a heavy jersey giving it a nice hand. The shirring and stretch of the fabric made it form fitting while hiding flaws and imperfections. The dress also had a tail that added to the fun without being too over-the-top. It was very comfortable with the exception of one of the corset boning wires inching out of the bottom of the stay during the evening and poking/stabbing into my back. A pin or a small stitch would have prevented this from happening, I think.
