I'm 5'5" and wore 3-4 in. heels and the regular length fit perfectly. I called RTR and was advised to go with the long length but i went with regular and was glad I did. 6R was far too baggy but 4R fit perfectly and I usually am a size 4 or 6 in dresses. It seemed like there was too much fabric at first but I was assured that it looked fine and not noticeable! I wore this to my high school senior prom and stood out because of the simplicity and classiness of the gown. I'm very happy I chose this!
