5 stars for the fit and style of the dress. 2 stars for the fact that I received a damaged gown. Overall experience: 4 stars. This was my first RTR experience. I wore this dress to a December black tie wedding at a historic hotel. I paired it with the Miriam Haskell Secret Garden cuff and the Whiting & Davis Hollywood Boulevard clutch to give the ensemble and old-world style. I ordered the 8L and 10L. The 8L fit perfectly; however, the dress was damaged upon receipt. There was a 7 inch popped seam at the hip where the zipper is located. RTR could not replace the gown due to the fact they were out of 8L. I stressed about finding someone who could repair the seam overnight before my event; luckily, I found a wonderful tailor near the hotel who was able to turnaround the repair by noon on the day of the event. The RTR staff was very accommodating regarding the situation, and I appreciated their assistance. I received many compliments and had a fabulous time at the wedding!
