I went to the International Ball at the Naval Academy. After an excellent first-time experience in November renting a dress from RTR (Badgley Mischka Faye Chiffon Gown, I ordered the ML Monique Lhuillier Sweet as Candy Gown in a 2L & 4L. The 2L was too small & the 4L was too loose in the hips. I got the dress on Thursday to ensure I would have it by Saturday, since I headed to Annapolis, MD on Friday. I was worried that there wasn't enough time to re-order a dress from the RTR but I called anyways. The gal who helped me was very kind & patient, helping me find a dress that would be gorgeous for the evening. She was more than kind & it was apparent that she was excited to help me get a replacement dress for the Ball. She recommended the Badgley Mischka Antigua Bay Gown. I had seen it on the website & hadn't given it any consideration since it was seemed plain. Due to her high recommendation, I decided to rent this for the Ball. The gal said she would try to send it by Saturday at noon. The next morning, which was Friday, the gown was delivered to my house. (RTR also delivered my back-up size to the residence I was staying for the weekend, which arrived at 10am Saturday morning). I tried it on & it was absolutely stunning! I couldn't have dreamed of a better dress & RTR's superior customer service is to thank! I received numerous compliments. The most common compliment I received was that I looked like a Greek goddess. I paired the dress with gold jewelry & a smoky eye/nude lip. I felt amazing in the dress & felt as if the dress had been custom tailored for me. If you are planning on renting this dress make sure you wear NUDE colored underwear. I'm 6 feet & the long was the perfect length. At the Ball I noticed that there were other girls wearing RTR dresses & they looked fabulous on the other girls as well.
