I have a body that is significantly smaller on the top than the bottom, and I picked this dress because it looks like it is loose on the bottom. This dress is not loose from the waist down, but I made it work. The tight-fitting inner skirt runs down to about mid-thigh, I would guess. I couldn't get it over my hips, but the tulle is so dense, you couldn't tell. In the end, it looked great and I received tons of compliments!
