I ordered a 6 and 4, and both fit. I'm usually one or the other, so I'd say it runs true to size. The others are right when saying it is fuller than it looks in the picture. I'm short, so it seemed even more pronounced. I have a long torso, and if I didn't have a smaller chest, I think it could have been too low cut, because the torso is shorter. Overall, a super fun dress that got a ton of compliments!
